Project Manager, Field Operations

Job Summary

To support the deployment of new initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager, Field Operations will lead implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and drive pilot success across field locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the rollout of new programs or operational processes within field operations
• Create business cases and executive-level presentations to align business value with outcomes
• Document project scope, analyze performance metrics, and develop scalable playbooks for national deployment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business or healthcare
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a healthcare multi-site environment
• Certification or experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with project and change management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including site creation and content management
