Project Manager, Field Services

Job Summary

Experienced in managing IT infrastructure projects, the full-time Project Manager, Field Services will oversee hardware deployments, network installations, and infrastructure upgrades while serving as the primary point of contact for clients in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple field service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT field service projects, tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Enhance customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships through effective communication and project management

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing technical projects with customer-facing responsibilities
• Project Management experience with Cisco's product line, including Routing, Switching, Security, and Unified Communications
• Proven ability to plan and organize projects to meet defined budgets and timelines
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of cabling infrastructure is a plus
