Project Manager - Finance

Job Summary

To support technology-focused initiatives within the Finance function, the full-time Project Manager - Finance Transformation will manage complex cross-functional projects, ensuring timely deliverables and alignment with organizational priorities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Finance technology initiatives, including ERP upgrades and digital transformation projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, preparing executive-level updates and facilitating cross-functional meetings
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and ensure all projects adhere to internal controls and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, with 2 years managing technology-related projects preferred
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior executives
