Project Manager - Financial Systems

Job Summary

To support and enhance its financial systems environment, a contract Project Manager - Financial Systems will manage end-to-end financial systems initiatives, focusing on customer payment processing, financial system optimization, and fraud mitigation, while working remotely through December 2028.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of financial systems initiatives from ideation through delivery
• Drive process improvement efforts to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency across financial operations
• Oversee systems supporting inbound customer payments and payment fraud prevention, ensuring strong controls and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project and/or Product Management experience, working across both business and technology teams
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in complex environments
• Experience with financial systems, payments, or fraud-related processes
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
