Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute delivery aspects of assigned projects within the Talent Technology portfolio
Develop project plans, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery by the tech team
Coordinate the assignment of individual responsibilities related to Talent Technology initiatives

Required Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience, managing multiple projects with moderate to high risk
4+ years of experience leading projects in AI, RPA, and automation initiatives within the Talent and HR ecosystem
Experience in navigating a matrix reporting environment to solve complex issues
PMP Certification preferred
