Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute delivery aspects of assigned projects within the Talent Technology portfolio
Develop project plans, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely tech team delivery
Coordinate assignment of individual Talent Technology responsibilities

Required Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience managing multiple projects with moderate to high risk for a large enterprise
4+ years of experience leading projects supporting AI, RPA, and automation initiatives across Talent and HR ecosystems
Experience in navigating a matrix reporting environment and resolving complex issues
PMP Certification preferred
