Job Summary
Driving AI product development and internal engineering initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager for AI Initiatives will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee internal AI productivity programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the complete lifecycle of AI product initiatives from problem definition to post-release iteration
- Coordinate with product management and engineering to define requirements and manage project scope, timelines, and resources
- Serve as the primary point of communication across teams, ensuring alignment and removing blockers
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably in software development
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional product development initiatives
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with AI/ML product development concepts
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps
