Project Manager for Analytics

Job Summary

To support the execution of quarterly product development plans, the full-time Quarterly Planning and Operations Analyst will manage program increment planning events, track operational KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate quarterly planning events and lead retrospectives to align teams on objectives and delivery commitments
• Track and communicate metrics to provide transparency and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams
• Build and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones are met and adapting methodologies as necessary

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience in technology-centric environments
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in tools like Jira or Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to enhance project management workflows
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
