• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and identify project risks related to timelines and resources

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Marketing Operations Manager in a marketing or product environment
• Strong understanding of marketing processes and cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce)
• Familiarity with lead funnels, campaign planning, and KPI tracking
• Fluent in English and Russian
