Project Manager for Banking Construction

Job Summary

Managing high-volume retail banking construction projects, the full-time Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to completion, including planning, design, and execution, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for retail banking projects
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, resource requirements, budgets, and schedules
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational skills and a sophisticated math ability for financial calculations
