Project Manager for Client Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Associate Project Manager to assist senior Client Services peers through effective project management coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through regular communication
• Convert client requirements into operational work requests and monitor progress while updating stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and ensure continuity of client service through effective handoffs and updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with Relativity
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work night shifts and occasionally on weekends is required
