Project Manager for Data Science

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for Data Science Integrations Teams (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish scalable intake, prioritization, and planning processes to improve visibility into incoming work
• Partner with Data Science Integrations analysts and engineering managers to enhance capacity planning and workload alignment
• Improve cross-team coordination and introduce tools or automation to increase transparency and reduce manual coordination

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operations roles in technical or data-driven environments
• Strong ability to coordinate and automate complex workflows involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience designing or improving operational processes, tooling, or automation that increases team efficiency
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and introduce scalable process improvements
• Experience improving operational workflows through automation, AI tools, and internal tooling
