Project Manager for GMS Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (GMS Implementation).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between the City, the company, and the product vendor
• Develop and maintain detailed project management plans and master schedules
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and change control processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Public Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of project management experience in SaaS/IT implementations
• Experience managing public sector or municipal technology projects
• Strong knowledge of grants lifecycle management
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
