Project Manager for HCM Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dayforce Project Manager to lead consulting teams in implementing HCM software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management to ensure successful system implementation
• Work with clients to understand requirements and develop execution plans
• Manage project plans, track progress, and resolve client issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Payroll, HCM, WFM, or HRMS systems as a Project Manager
• Experience managing the full system implementation life cycle
• PMP or other Project Management Certifications are a plus
• Experience with HCM systems such as UKG, Dayforce, SAP, Oracle, ADP, or Workday preferred
• Ability to work independently and multitask across projects and clients
