Project Manager for Health Programs

Job Summary

To enhance whole child health initiatives, the full-time Project Manager for Health Programs will manage strategic relationships, facilitate project implementation, and promote organizational impact while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships to promote Healthier Generation initiatives and advance whole child health policies
• Facilitate coaching and capacity-building for partners, supporting the implementation of health initiatives and continuous improvement activities
• Report on project progress and contribute to organizational initiatives, leveraging best practices to expand engagement across health topics

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in schools, public health, or youth-serving environments
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
• Knowledge of public health systems and community-based programming preferred
• Familiarity with grant compliance and evaluation frameworks
• Experience collaborating with cross-sector partners such as government, education, and nonprofit organizations
