Project Manager for Legal Services

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of settlement administration, the full-time Client Services Project Manager will manage project execution, resource allocation, and staff development while working remotely to ensure client deliverables are met within budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guide project staff to meet deliverables on time and within budget
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
• Recruit, train, and evaluate department staff to build a high-performing team

Required qualifications

• Extensive project management experience, preferably in class action legal administration
• Advanced Excel skills and basic SQL proficiency are required
• Outstanding communication skills, particularly in a legal context
• A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees such as JD or MBA are preferred
• Knowledge of Agile or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial
