Project Manager for Live Events

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for live events (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and execute timelines, project plans, and tracking systems for live events
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, taking notes and maintaining tracking documents
• Engage with vendors and production partners, assisting in project budgets and tracking project spend

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role for live events
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Understanding of agency processes and experience with project plans and workflows
• Ability to track project performance and oversee completion of milestones
• Comfortable in a start-up environment and willing to learn new systems and tools
