Project Manager for Major Correctives

Job Summary

Leading the execution of Major Component Upgrade (MCU) and Blade projects across North America, the full-time remote Project Manager for Major Correctives will manage project planning, compliance, and customer relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects, including developing detailed execution plans and monitoring progress
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain project documentation for audit readiness
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative, managing expectations and facilitating resolution of concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related discipline; equivalent field experience considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wind energy, industrial construction, or related industries
• Experience managing Major Component Upgrades or similar large-scale field operations
• Working knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, and site logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Smartsheet, and project management tools
