Project Manager for Major Correctives

Job Summary

Leading Major Component Upgrade (MCU) and Blade projects across North America, the full-time remote Project Manager for Major Correctives will ensure safe, compliant, and profitable execution while serving as the primary liaison among customers, field teams, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, monitoring progress, and managing risks
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure profitability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wind energy, industrial construction, or related fields
• Experience managing Major Component Upgrades or similar large-scale field operations
• Working knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, and site logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Smartsheet, and project management tools
