Project Manager for Managed Services

Job Summary

Leading the deployment of managed print environments, the full-time Project Manager for Managed Services will ensure alignment with contractual scope, timeline, and budget while coordinating multi-functional teams and acting as the primary customer-facing leader during implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Deployment phase for Managed Print Services programs, ensuring execution aligns with HP's methodologies
• Build and strengthen relationships with C-level and director-level stakeholders, providing consultative guidance across service towers
• Develop program governance models and manage risks, ensuring contractual compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on deploying tangible assets
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing order placements and logistics
• Expert command of project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, and Waterfall
• Experience managing external customers and complex portfolios across multiple regions
