Project Manager for Marketing Migration

Job Summary

Supporting a fast-paced marketing migration initiative, the remote contract Project Manager for Marketing Migration will manage end-to-end activities for transitioning email campaigns from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), coordinating across teams and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track migration activities for email campaigns from SFMC to AJO
• Monitor developer progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Coordinate with marketing, development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing technology or digital marketing
• Experience with multi-channel marketing and platforms like SFMC or AJO
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of campaign execution workflows and customer journey management
• Experience managing cross-functional technology migration projects
