Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Project Manager for Marketing Operations will manage cross-functional relationships, oversee the centralized assembly of disclosures and collateral, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a fast-paced MarTech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage platform execution calendars while serving as the central point of contact for Platform Marketing Teams
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements by partnering with business stakeholders
- Oversee project intake, scope definition, and change control for multi-channel Document and Content Management campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 4+ years of project management experience focused on internal client relationship management
- 2+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering in a medium-to-large organization
- 2+ years of foundational knowledge in data modeling, XML, JavaScript, and/or algorithms
- 4+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and tracking
