Project Manager for Oracle Cloud

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Oracle Cloud Transformation) to lead delivery for a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives, focusing on Oracle Incentive Compensation and related HCM modules
• Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution momentum
• Own overall project execution, including planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue management

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager on Oracle transformation initiatives, preferably in Oracle Cloud environments
• Hands-on leadership experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation and/or HCM, Payroll, or Compensation systems
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex, long-duration programs
• Strong experience coordinating across business teams, technical resources, and third-party vendors
• Experience operating within structured PMO or enterprise governance frameworks
