Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of pension settlement projects, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of pension experience
• Familiarity with ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations is beneficial
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and project complexities
