A company is looking for an Execution Project Lead Associate to manage pension plan settlement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of pension settlement projects, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
• Facilitate client meetings and prepare status reports and presentation materials

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of pension experience
• Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements is beneficial but not required
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and project complexities
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
