Project Manager for Pension Settlements

Job Summary

To lead and oversee pension plan settlement projects, the full-time remote Execution Project Lead Associate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of 3-5 micro to mid-sized pension settlement projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with local teams, legal counsel, and client representatives to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor data accuracy and participant communications while facilitating client meetings and providing clear project status updates

Required qualifications

• 5 years of pension experience
• Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations and settlements is beneficial
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including actuaries, legal teams, and plan sponsors
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
