Project Manager for Pro Bono Network

Job Summary

Managing a national technical assistance project, the full-time Case Facilitation and Pro Bono Network Project Manager will oversee the operations of a legal service provider network, coordinate the recruitment of pro bono attorneys, and ensure effective case matching and tracking, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies to manage workflows and ensure continuity of services for legal representation to Unaccompanied Children
• Coordinate the recruitment and monitoring of a pro bono attorney network, facilitating case referrals and tracking
• Collaborate with legal service provider organizations and manage a team to support project objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, including staff supervision and budget oversight
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for at least 3 years
• Experience working with immigrating children and families for a minimum of 3 years
• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of management experience or Master's Degree plus 2 years of management experience
• Project Management Professional or similar certification preferred
