Project Manager for Retail Banking

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for a Retail Bank Refurbishment Program focused on financial tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project management activities for commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Interface with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
• Track project progress, report status, and develop risk mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• Experience with large-volume retail bank projects and banking equipment installations is highly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with project management software is preferred
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mentality
