Project Manager for SaaS Implementations

Job Summary

To ensure successful planning and execution of complex SaaS system implementations, the full-time Project Manager for SaaS Implementations will lead multiple client projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale client software implementation projects
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues while managing scope creep
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and issue resolution with executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, client-facing software implementation projects
• Expertise in project scope, schedules, and budget management for large enterprise clients
• Mastery of various project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Scrum, Hybrid)
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering and testing
• Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, SmartSheet) and resource management systems
