Project Manager for Software Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate software engineering operations with an offshore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program operations, including planning, tracking inventory, and managing reviews
• Work closely with the Lead Developer to ensure alignment with development goals
• Maintain visibility through reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies while addressing issues proactively

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager role supporting software engineering teams, including offshore developers
• Experience managing software development workstreams, including task tracking and delivery reporting
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
