Project Manager for Software Engineering

Job Summary

Managing operations for a compliance program, the full-time Project Manager for Software Engineering will oversee workstreams, coordinate with an offshore team of developers, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the rhythm of business for the program, including planning, tracking inventory, and running program operations
• Work closely with the Lead Developer on the offshore team to align with development goals
• Maintain visibility by overseeing reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager supporting software engineering teams, including offshore developers
• Experience managing software development workstreams, including task tracking and delivery reporting
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
