Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple operational initiatives from intake through completion
• Serve as internal support for GDS platforms and assist with system issue tracking
• Evaluate operational workflows and recommend system or process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination and operations technology support
• Experience working with travel technology platforms or GDS environments
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured execution plans
• Experience supporting GDS platforms such as Sabre or similar environments is preferred
