Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager: Policy Associate II for the National Tribal Child Welfare Center for Innovation and Advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations and University systems for the Center, ensuring timely completion of project goals and deliverables
  • Oversee internal project communications, monitor project data collection activities, and complete federal reporting activities
  • Collaborate closely with the Center Leadership Team and manage federal projects and budgets
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native individuals and/or communities
  • Bachelor's Degree and seven years of experience managing projects or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and budgets over $1 million
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to take initiative to identify and propose new tasks and procedures
