Project Manager for Zero Emission School Buses

Job Summary

Supporting the administration of the Zero Emission School Bus and Infrastructure (ZESBI) Incentive Project, the full-time remote Project Manager for Zero Emission School Buses will manage stakeholder engagement, oversee incentive processing, and facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure a seamless application process for zero-emission school bus initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Electric School Bus Incentive Projects and act as the liaison for the incentive processing team
• Engage with stakeholders, including state agencies and industry partners, to execute incentive design and policy implementation
• Monitor applications, reimbursements, and documentation while developing project SOPs and internal controls

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the school bus or infrastructure industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or related fields
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience with computer applications, including MS Suite and CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
