Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Global Go-To-Market Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for the Global GTM Optimization initiative, ensuring alignment and progress
• Manage complex, cross-functional workstreams across regions and functions to achieve defined outcomes
• Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to promote transparency and timely decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• Approximately 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale, complex initiatives in a global environment
• Demonstrated experience managing programs within complex organizational structures
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones and cultures
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
