Key Responsibilities

• Lead setup and rollout of proprietary insight communities and online qualitative projects
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress and resolving issues
• Manage recruitment and online survey data collection, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and preparing accurate reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3+ years of project management experience for complex projects, preferably in market research
• Experience managing market research projects in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences is highly desirable
• Strong data skills, particularly in advanced Excel and survey platform exports
• Highly organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
