Project Manager - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support strategic healthcare initiatives within integrated delivery systems, the fully remote Project Manager - Healthcare will lead the design and implementation of value-based care programs, analyze data for performance improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance access to care for veterans and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs aligned with value-based care models
• Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, program management, or healthcare analytics
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
• Proven experience working within integrated healthcare systems and value-based care environments
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software
