Job Summary
To support the Department of Homeland Security, the full-time Project Manager - Homeland Security will manage project plans and milestones, ensuring critical training and support projects are completed on schedule while working remotely or in Oklahoma City, OK.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish priorities and monitor performance of project staff to ensure timely deliverables
- Brief stakeholders bi-weekly on project health and adjust workflows based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of project management or program coordination experience, preferably with federal agencies
- High proficiency in project management software (MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check
