Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, HR Operations & Strategy Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR Operations and transformation projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics while managing multiple concurrent projects
• Provide project status reporting and maintain documentation in accordance with HR Operations standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
• Formal project management training preferred
• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or transformation roles
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience in HR Operations environments and exposure to HR technology platforms is a strong plus
