• Manage client relationships and project delivery, ensuring successful execution and financial tracking
• Mentor team members and oversee resource allocation and workload assignments
• Document processes, track project metrics, and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or construction management preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in telecom, security, audiovisual, or related disciplines
• At least five years of experience with project management software
• Experience in a consulting role for a minimum of five years
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus
