Job Summary

Managing medium to large-scale projects remotely, the full-time salaried Project Manager I will oversee project kickoff, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communication while ensuring client satisfaction and quality of deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables while managing concurrent projects
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and demos to keep teams aligned and informed
• Identify risks early and implement proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring clear communication with clients

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, ArchViz, or digital media
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
