Project Manager I

Job Summary

Supporting the successful delivery of multiple service projects, the full-time Project Manager I will coordinate timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while working remotely to drive operational excellence and improve processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project plans and managing project timelines under the guidance of senior project managers
• Support alignment of project goals with client requirements and optimize service delivery life cycle processes
• Communicate project updates and milestones to team leads and external stakeholders while identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies

Required qualifications:

• Previous project management experience preferred
• PMP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
• Job-related experience using AI or GenAI required
• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems and project management software
