Project Manager I

Job Summary

To deliver structured project management services for healthcare practices, the full-time remote Project Manager I will manage assigned projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support process improvements while adapting to various project management methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual projects and support other Project Managers across team initiatives, overseeing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
• Apply project management tools and techniques, tailoring approaches based on project needs while communicating project health to stakeholders
• Document projects and facilitate communication across teams, ensuring accountability for timelines and commitments

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of professional experience in project management or a related role, preferably in a project-based environment
• Continued education, degree, certification(s), or professional training in economics, business, math, statistics, computer science, or information systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and familiarity with project management software and methodologies
• Experience working in a consulting environment is beneficial
