Job Summary

Managing small-scale projects remotely, the full-time salaried Project Manager I will oversee project phases from concept to closeout, ensuring alignment with goals, scope, and budget while providing leadership to volunteers.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee team performance and communicate project progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project plans and objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, roles, responsibilities, and risk management strategies
• Maintain project documentation and manage changes to scope, budget, and schedule, obtaining necessary approvals from senior management

Required qualifications:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in project management, business, or related fields
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred; progress toward Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is also preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
