Project Manager I

Job Summary

Focusing on acquisition onboarding for clients, the full-time remote Project Manager I will manage client onboarding processes, maintain work schedules, and ensure timely project deliverables while utilizing agile methodologies and risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard clients effectively using agile and change management best practices
• Maintain and adjust project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
• Identify and address project risks through action plans and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in client onboarding or benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to identify risks and efficiency opportunities
• Fluency with Microsoft Office tools and project management systems
• Experience supporting multiple projects with successful outcomes across scope and quality
