Job Summary

Supporting simple service implementation projects, the full-time Project Manager I will lead end-to-end delivery, assist other project managers, and perform foundational delivery tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of simple customer implementation projects and support project plan creation
• Monitor tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness in service delivery
• Create meeting notes, schedules, and documentation while maintaining accurate project status updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-3 years of experience in project management or program coordination
• Comfortable learning new technologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
