Project Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager II to oversee project activities and ensure timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes projects while managing team assignments and resource allocation
• Acts as the primary contact for clients during software implementation projects and manages interactions with internal departments and vendors
• Mentors the project management team and leads discussions on process improvement for large-scale projects

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. Degree with PMP and/or CSM certifications
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Management; Master's Degree preferred
• Advanced skills in project management methodologies, including PMBOK and SCRUM
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex teams and clients
• Proven track record in implementing project management processes and tools
