Project Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager II to manage quality improvement initiatives related to HEDIS CAHPS surveys.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure
• Utilize project management tools to effectively oversee projects and maintain documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient with project management tools and MS-Office applications
• Experience with CMS regulatory surveys, specifically Medicare CAHPS, is highly preferred
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
