Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Service II.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, revenue, and quality metrics are met
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to review project scope, timelines, and manage service representatives and subcontractors
• Manage project documentation, change orders, and cultivate customer relationships to identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 2 years of equivalent training
• 6-8 years of related industry/construction experience
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience
• PMP certification preferred or in process
• Advanced proficiency in CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio
