Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager II responsible for planning and coordinating project activities and resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes projects, ensuring timely completion
• Assembles project teams, assigns responsibilities, and develops schedules
• Acts as the primary contact for clients during software implementation projects

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. Degree with PMP and/or CSM certifications
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Management
• Master's Degree preferred
• Advanced skills in project management processes and methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex teams and clients
